In 1981, Bob and his wife started Bob's Septic Service with a simple idea: take care of your neighbors' septic systems the way you'd want yours taken care of. For 27 years they built the business the old-fashioned way, one customer and one job at a time, and Bob's became a familiar name across the area.

In 2008, the business changed hands, and it stayed right where it belongs: with family. Today, Bob's Septic Service is owned by family members who were born and raised right here in Knoxville. We're not a faraway company sending trucks into town. We're your neighbors, serving the same communities we grew up in across Knox, Blount, Anderson and Loudon counties.

We kept the Bob's name because it stands for something: honest work, showing up when we say we will, and treating every customer like family. Over forty years later, that's still how we do it.
